Imagine we want to go on a journey.
We would need to know where we are, (point A).
We need to know where we are going, (point B).
We need to know how we are going to get from point A to point B
It's shocking, that many managers, owners, and so called leaders often cannot answer these fundamental questions.
What then would be the future of any organisation under such leadership?
In the absence of objectives one runs the risk of running aimlessly. Activity without direction and pace, is to waste resources and opportunity.
If one wants to succeed professionally, then objectives are essential.
